Our most popular dish is ``Original Gamjatang'', which is made by slowly and carefully stewing pork backbone. The sesame seeds, which are the key to the flavor, are imported from contracted Korean farmers, making this a specialty dish with a mellow spiciness that is addictive. All the dishes served at Sonam, including the original Gamjatang, are handmade! Our motto is to be extremely particular about the ingredients, cooking methods, and even our original blend of sauces.
