Food “Mono Sudachi Paccho”
``White senmai sashimi'' is made by peeling the rag-like senmai into a clean white color and giving it a light salty flavor! I took it a step further and created a new way to eat sudachi and Kujo green onions by wrapping them in senmai! This is delicious! Enjoy it! !
