There are always over 35 kinds of ingredients on skewers. ``Omakase Course'' is a course where we make recommendations based on the customer's pace. Starting with our signature skewers such as shiso-wrapped shrimp and beef, we have a well-balanced selection of vegetable, meat, and seafood skewers. Each piece is freshly fried and served piping hot in its most delicious state. Since there are a variety of skewers available, you may be able to eat ingredients you don't like, or discover something you like unexpectedly. When you've had enough, press "Stop." The all-you-can-eat vegetable side dish is also popular!

Fried Skewers may seem simple, but the skill of the chef is clearly reflected in the taste. First, choose the material. The meat is A4 and A5 rank Sendai beef. The fish is sourced from Toyosu Market, and the vegetables are only carefully selected by the owner himself. The bread is coated in a fluffy batter made from a blend of coarsely ground and finely ground bread crumbs, and then immersed in a proprietary blend of oil. It has a light texture, so you can eat it without feeling heavy on your stomach! If you pull it out at the perfect time, you'll have a perfectly crispy and fluffy Fried Skewers! Enjoy these skewers with the best homemade seasonings♪

We have many drinks that go well with Fried Skewers! The draft beer you want to drink first is served in a glass chilled to -20℃. The foam is almost like sherbet and is the best♪ We also have a premium beer called ``Garjelly'' that can only be drunk at restaurants. Enjoy the unique taste of aging in a bottle in a special glass. The sake is mainly from Tohoku, but there are also rare ones such as Toyama's ``Katsukoma'', and some customers come just for this. Other have wine and rare shochu♪
