Focusing on the brand onion "Mitsutama" from Awaji Island. Our store's symbol mark also features an onion motif. Our carefully selected organic fertilizer reduces harshness and spiciness and increases sugar content. The meat is thick and becomes rich and sweet when heated! A must-try dish that uses mitsudama is ``yuba shumai''. Fluffy shumai made with chicken and honey balls and served piping hot in a steamer. If you eat it with Japanese-style soup stock, it will be irresistibly delicious♪ Oven-baked honey balls with cheese and onion rings are also good◎Onions are great for boosting your immune system and helping you recover from fatigue♪

Fresh vegetables picked every morning and delicious domestic pork belly.
