This exquisite dish, made using traditional cooking methods, is surprisingly soft and will bring you to a state of bliss. And then there's the stir-fried water lily, a rare Taiwanese vegetable that doesn't appear in the general market in Japan. A dish stir-fried with long, thin strings of water lotus, shredded ginger, and pickled pouches (Taiwanese nuts). Enjoy the crunchy texture of Taiwan's unique ingredients.

The owner himself catches fish every week, keeps them fresh by draining them using the "Tsumoto method" devised by a famous fish wholesaler, and creates menus based on the results of his catch. The menu changes each time, including sashimi, steamed meat, deep-fried chicken, vermicelli made with soup stock made from fish ara, and soup rice noodles. In addition, we also offer a luxurious fishball soup made with high-quality fish such as flatfish, red sea bream, and black sea bream.
