Born in Kochi Prefecture. He began his career as a chef at the age of 24, studying under Chef Koji Ogiwara of the New York Restaurants "HakataTonTon." He opened Rigutta in 2022, consolidating his experience as a sous chef at Other Michelin star Restaurants in New York, Italy, and Japan. We strive to bring out the maximum flavor of fresh ingredients using our outstanding techniques, including our specialty, charcoal grilling.

RIGUTTA, run by Chef Shinzo Yokota, is an Italian Cuisine Restaurants that uses plenty of ingredients from his hometown of Kochi.
