Food Enjoy a wide variety of raw meat menus
Our restaurant is certified to handle meat for raw consumption, and you can enjoy dishes made with raw meat from Tajima Ota beef raised in Hyogo Prefecture. In addition to the classic sauce yukke, we offer a variety of original raw meat dishes with different seasonings. For the yukke, we use Juho eggs from Tochigi, which are rich in flavor and have a strong sweetness.
Food Carefully selected meat such as rare anhydrous Omi beef black tongue and skirt steak.
We order Wagyu black tongue, Wagyu skirt steak, and offal directly from the Shibaura meat market, and we are particular about the parts and quality of the marbled and red meat. In particular, Cow tongue is made from brand-name beef such as Yamagata beef, Hida beef, and Omi beef. After receiving your order, we carefully assess the meat quality and cut each piece one by one. Please come and enjoy the natural flavor of meat at our restaurant.

We only stock natural wines, and we stock bottled wines seasonally. We sell "Vinnature", which is made using organic farming methods, with the idea of "getting the original taste of grapes just like meat." We have carefully selected about 8 flavors that go well with meat, mainly red.
