The fish dishes are lavishly plated with fresh seasonal fish that are fresh to the eye, and are delivered directly from Toyosu Market or Odawara Fishing Port, freshly caught that morning. The appeal is that seasonal fish such as tuna, flounder, bonito, wild striped horse mackerel, amberjack, and raw sea urchin can be enjoyed not only raw as sashimi, but also as a luxurious "aged" dish. Using a cooking method that makes the most of the natural flavor of fish, we will deliver a dish that will satisfy our customers.

The "Kawamata Gamecock" from Kawamata, Fukushima Prefecture, freshly harvested in the morning, is our specialty. Unlike regular local chicken, you can enjoy a chewy yet moist texture. Every time you bite into it, it's full of rich flavor and umami. There are only a few shops that sell Kawamata Gamecock, where you can enjoy not only the meat but also the skin, making it an extremely rare item. The seasonal vegetables are also appealing. It is unique to our store that we handle rare vegetables that you cannot usually taste.

We also have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages to enjoy with each dish made with seasonal ingredients. We are especially proud of our sake, which we order from all over the country. Mainly local sake, we always have 16 brands in stock, ranging from standard to premium, such as ``Jima,'' ``Hiroki,'' ``Shinsei,'' and ``Kamo Nishiki.'' We also recommend the owner's special lemon sour.
