Food One of the specialties of Hakata in Fukuoka [Torikawa]
Using a unique method, the chicken skin is wrapped around a skewer, and it takes a total of three days to complete the process. The pieces are grilled seven times over the course of three days, and they take a lot of time and effort to bake them. Even if you don't like the skin, once you put it in your mouth, you'll be happy with two or three chicken skins.
