Born in 1982. Trained at Restaurants in Chiba and went to France. He trained at restaurants such as ``Aubergedes Glazicks'' in Brittany, gained experience as a chef at Restaurants in Tokyo, and returned to France. After working at the star ``Sola'' in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, he became the chef of ``MARKT'' in 2014, and the owner-chef of ``naturam'' in 2018. “naturamRYU-RYOKU Kyoto” opens in 2021.
