Our menu uses Organic Food and other healthy ingredients. We provide food and drinks that are not only delicious, but also serve the eater. For the meat and soup stock, we are particular about using additive-free feed, free-range or cage-raised cows and chickens, and natural game meat, without administering antibiotics during the breeding period. We carefully prepare each dish and deliver them to our customers, paying close attention to the feelings of producers across the country who grow ingredients that can be eaten with peace of mind.
DrinkNon-alcoholic pairing that even non-drinkers can enjoy
We have a full lineup of non-alcoholic drinks that are made without the use of chemical seasonings or fragrances and that bring out the flavors of the ingredients. Most of the spices are naturally grown, and the sweetness is made primarily from raw sugar made from organic sugar cane from Brazil, and no refined sugar is used. Please enjoy our drinks made with attention to detail. We also offer non-alcoholic pairings, so even those who don't drink can enjoy pairing with food.
SpaceThe elegant and comfortable interior offers private room seating and counter seating.
The interior of the restaurant is based on white and wood, creating a luxurious yet relaxing atmosphere. The completely private room is perfect for entertaining, dates, celebrations, and even families with children. We also have counter seats where you can enjoy the chef's cooking, which is rare in French cuisine. It's easy to stop by on your own or after work, and is recommended for a small treat for dinner or lunch. Please feel free to come by anytime.
ChefKoji Kuroda is a skilled chef who has studied extensively both in Japan and abroad.
The chef is Koji Kuroda from Shizuoka Prefecture. After graduating from high school, he moved to France and trained as a pastry chef, living in hotel Restaurants and patisseries in Brittany, Angers, and Le Mans from the suburbs of Paris. After returning to Japan, he honed his skills Western confectionery at the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, and became a chef in his early 20s. After working at a Michelin-starred French cuisine Restaurants, Japanese Cuisine, and Italian Cuisine Restaurants in Tokyo, he and his wife opened this restaurant [Lamère] in April 2023.
