At Hirano Pig Farm, the only pig farm in Kisarazu that has continued for three generations, we pay close attention to the feed and environment, and raise our pigs with care to avoid stress. The meat of Hayashi SPF pigs that are fattened in this way is soft, and the fat is elegant, sweet, and light! “Tonteki”, which is baked at a low temperature, is a popular dinner dish!
