The owner-chef worked at Corsica, an Italian Cuisine Restaurants has been in business for 47 years in Ebisu, for about five years, and then, at the age of 24, went to Italy, where he trained for three and a half years at a number of star-rated restaurants, before returning home. After that, we finally opened "Osteria Due". We offer authentic Italian star technology at a low price!
Food Commitment to materials
The vegetables we use at our restaurant are Kamakura vegetables. We go to Kamakura to buy vegetables and work with local producers to purchase fresh vegetables that vary depending on the season and the day. I also use it for salads, bagna cauda, daily specials, and garnishes.
