We go to the meat farm every morning and use fresh hormones carefully selected for each part. The food is carefully prepared in the shop and then grilled using special Bincho charcoal. The specialty is ``Negireba'', which is topped with lots of chopped green onions. The ``Gokujo Tongue'', which is soft and fatty, is also popular. ``Makura'', which is made from leftover wood left over from the day, is a special dish recommended by the owner. Limited to one per person, so don't miss out! We offer a wide variety of items, including the rare "Brain" and vegetable-wrapped "Rolls."
