[Hoshika] is a Japanese-style meal restaurant in Jiyugaoka that uses the concept of "feeling the season with all five senses," always purchasing seasonal ingredients on the same day and using only organic vegetables. The menu includes not only sashimi, but also smoked meat that is cooked to order and hot pots for each person to enjoy. There are counter seats, table seats, and private rooms, and the owner has taken great care to ensure that there is no obstruction between the counter and the table, so you can enjoy the food being cooked right there (within a minimum distance of 80 cm).
