One of the attractions of our store is our “Today's Recommended Menu,” which is prepared according to the day's purchases. There are about 30 recommended menu items, including sashimi. This menu focuses on seasonal dishes. Please use it together with the grand menu.

We are particular about purchasing natural products and preparing sashimi, but the sashimi soy sauce that complements it is our original ☆ Based on soy sauce from Ohno, which is known as a soy sauce town in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture in Hokuriku. The sashimi soy sauce that has been mixed with the flavor and aroma of bonito and kelp is a true supporting dish. Enjoy delicious fish with delicious soy sauce!

Nowadays, expensive sake doesn't necessarily mean good sake, so our store always offers 12 to 15 types of delicious local sake from various regions, regardless of brand. We are constantly changing our menu in search of delicious sake, seasonal limited edition sake, and high CP sake that is still hidden in each region.

Both table seats and counter seats are spaced widely apart. The raised seating area is separated by a curtain and has two tables for 4 people. With a total of 24 seats, the restaurant is not very spacious, but you can enjoy your meal leisurely without worrying about your surroundings.
