The ultimate Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) using the legendary free-range chicken Amakusa Daioh. The meat is grilled on Bincho charcoal only on the skin side to bring out its aroma. We purposely use eggs that are delicious when eaten raw Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl)! Warishita is a homemade warishita made by making a dashi stock from kelp and bonito and dipping it in Amakusa Daio chicken carcass soup. Enjoy the ultimate harmony of meat, eggs, and soup stock.
