Chefowner chef
Born in Venezuela in 1981. Started his life as a chef at Sangenjaya [Peperosso] under the tutelage of legendary chef Endo. After training at Trattoria Baffo in Ginza, he went to Italy. He trained for four and a half years at the Michelin-starred ristorante Labaric in Turin, where he served as second chef for the latter half.
