Food Tonbi tofu
Tonbi means the tail (bi) of a pig (ton). The meat is soft and has plenty of collagen. The gentle broth penetrates to the core of the meat, and the spicy flavor of the chili pepper follows, making the lemon sour delicious no matter the season.
DrinkLemon sour
Squeeze a juicy lemon into the Kinmiya shochu poured into a jug, and enjoy with your favorite amount of high sour.
Food Rebakatsu
After preparing the dish with 'freshly squeezed lemon juice' to remove the odor, the delicious taste of the liver jumps straight into your mouth. Furthermore, black pepper is added to the batter so that it stays delicious even after it cools down.
Food Offal stew
Offal stew that is simmered thoroughly. The large pieces of radish, carrots, and konjac are also packed with flavor. Just by passing in front of the store, you can smell the delicious smell of stewed motsu. This is one of the most popular menu items among both first-time customers and regulars.
