Food “Negitan Shio” is a must-try, with its crunchy and juicy taste.
The Negitan Shio (1,980 yen), which is a specialty of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant where the owner trained, is a recommended dish. By folding it in half and grilling it, it becomes like a steamed grill, and you can enjoy the crispy outside and the juicy taste of the onion and meat inside. We paid particular attention not only to the seasoning, but also to the way the onions were chopped and the meat cut. We also have a variety of green onion salts available, including ``Black Pepper Negitan (2,280 yen)'' and ``Karasumi Negitan (2,680 yen)''!

"Hormone (790 yen)" is purchased from the best offal wholesaler in Tokyo, so we are confident in its freshness and quality! We also recommend the ``Special Terayamamori'' (5,780 yen), where you can enjoy Wagyu black tongue and skirt steak, which are said to be difficult to obtain, thickly sliced meat that is satisfying, and other specialty items of our restaurant. At lunchtime, we also offer the ``Kalbi Set Meal'' (1,000 yen) where you can enjoy A5 Wagyu beef short ribs at a great value, and the special ``Hormone Mix Set Meal (1,100 yen)''.
