ChefOwner Chef Hiroki Matsumoto
Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1983. Started his career at the Aroma Fresca Group "Shinagawa Aroma Classico". After that, he worked at the 1-star restaurant "DolceStilNovo" in Piedmont, Italy. After returning to Japan, he worked at Restaurants and Wine Bar in Tokyo before opening ``h:armonia'' in Gotanda in 2019. We strive to make sure that you go home with a satisfied stomach and heart.

Our pasta is handmade using wheat from Italy and Hokkaido for the dough. The dried noodles also use pasta that is used in world-class Restaurants. The menu changes colorfully depending on the season, so you won't get bored. Please enjoy the taste of h:armonia, which the chef learned from authentic Italy and famous restaurants in Tokyo and further refined it himself.

A popular menu item is the ``Charcoal-grilled Hayama Beef,'' which is made by grilling ``Hayama Beef,'' a mythical Japanese beef of which only about 200 are produced each year, over Bincho charcoal. The meat is cooked in chunks over charcoal, allowing you to enjoy the natural flavor of the meat. In addition, ``Seasonal Fish Carpaccio'' uses fresh seasonal fish purchased from fishing ports around the country, mainly in Kanagawa Prefecture.
