Food Hot pot conductor's special soup
We would like to introduce two types of soups that we are proud of. ``Mala Bean Sauce Soup'' is a special soup that combines Sichuan spices with Chaotian Chili pepper (Sichuan chili pepper), Japanese pepper (blue and red), and homemade bean sauce as a base. The other type of soup, ``Bak Kut Tea Soup,'' is a hearty soup that originated in Singapore and uses herbal medicines originally formulated by Medicinal Food Komoda.
Food Homemade “fully fermented” bean sauce
Homemade bean sauce for spicy soup, its ingredients are fava beans, salt, chili pepper, malt, and bean sauce to promote fermentation. It is a living "fully fermented seasoning" that has not stopped fermentation. It's difficult to take care of, but the scent is on a whole other level. Even without cooking, it spreads a gorgeous aroma and taste is a supreme product with a strong umami flavor and little spiciness or saltiness.
