Learn the basics in Osaka, Tokyo, etc. After that, he worked at a multinational restaurant in Australia, where he honed his skills in cooking other than Japanese-style meal. After working at a five-star hotel in Hong Kong, he gained overwhelming acclaim as the owner of "Sushi Daisen" in Shanghai. The restaurant has won ``Best Japanese'' in various awards, including the ``Michelin Guide Shanghai.'' Then, he returned to Japan in 2021. While making the most of the delicate taste of Japanese fish, we also add a global sensibility to the essence, creating a new world.
