At our restaurant, we simply serve Teppan-yaki so that you can enjoy the deliciousness of the fresh ingredients that arrived that day. "Olive Beef" from Kagawa Prefecture is a brand of beef that is raised in a warm climate by squeezing olives and feeding them pulp. This is carefully aged at ice temperature to bring out the maximum flavor of olive beef. Enjoy the immersive performance of carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef grilled right in front of your eyes by skilled craftsmen, using all five senses including smells and sounds.

Chef Yosuke Otani (Yosuke Otani): After graduating from culinary school, he studied the basics of French cuisine in Nagano and Tokyo. Afterwards, he went to France and trained at ``Prés au Claire'' (1 star) and ``L'Esperance'' (3 stars). He specializes in dishes that bring out the best in seasonal ingredients that change every month. If you sit at the counter, you can enjoy the immersive feeling of grilling your food on a griddle right in front of you. We have a wide selection of wines with unique aromas and flavors, and we also suggest pairings with food.
