Our restaurant has been in business in Shirokane Takanawa for nearly 60 years. We are now opening on December 12th as a restaurant that is more accessible to a wider range of customers. While respondi
...ng to the needs of our regular customers, we are also creating dishes for young people and women. While the main dish is soba, which has been the main dish for 60 years, we are introducing lunch plates for women. We will continue to offer rice bowls, which are popular among office workers, as before. The soba noodles on the main menu are produced in Shinshu. We sometimes visit the farmers directly, and reflect the farmers' thoughts in our dishes. We work together with the producers to provide good soba noodles. The interior of the restaurant has been completely renovated, giving it a cafe-like atmosphere. We aim to be a restaurant that is easy for women to enter alone, not just for existing customers.
