A course where you can enjoy carefully selected meat from all over the world and Japan by Chef Saita, who has been active for 11 years at the authentic aged meat shop Severo and starred Restaurants in Paris! Guests can enjoy the specialty raw meat tartare, pasture-raised beef, and Umeyama pork. The contents change depending on the day. Desserts are simple but bring out the flavors of the ingredients. Chef's recommended course! Raw meat tartare and raw meat carpaccio! There are two types of main meat to compare! It's a simple course, but it's very French! Chef Saita, who has worked for 11 years at Severo, a Parisian aged meat shop, and other Michelin-star Restaurants, will use his accumulated skills to prepare Meat Dishes for you.
