It has been 26 years since I started cooking. The owner, Kenichi Takahashi, first worked at a high-end Sushi restaurant, where his skills were recognized by politicians, business figures, and other important people, and he had such a successful career that he was invited to the Prime Minister's official residence as a craftsman. However, what we are particular about is that we want people to casually enjoy delicious Sushi. Our sushi rice, Sushi vinegar, quality, and nigiri are first-class, comparable to those found in high-end restaurants, yet our prices are set at reasonable prices.
