[About Yoshida-ya] Since our founding in 1856, we have been working hard every day to meet the needs of modern customers while carefully preserving the traditional taste. Our soba noodles are handmade using organically grown buckwheat from Gunma Prefecture that is grown without pesticides and ground in-house. Our soba kaiseki dishes are carefully prepared using seasonal ingredients and prepared by skilled chefs who create monthly menus. You can enjoy authentic kaiseki cuisine made with dashi soup stock and seasonal ingredients, as well as handmade 100% soba noodles. Spend a heartwarming time with your loved ones while admiring the Japanese garden that changes its appearance throughout the four seasons. |

We recommend a detached room overlooking the Japanese garden where you can enjoy the changing scenery of the four seasons. We also have private rooms, semi-private rooms, sunken kotatsu tables, and chairs to suit various usage situations.
Food Hand-made stone-milled 100 percent soba noodles
We use a stone mill to grind buckwheat noodles from partner farmers in Mt. Akagi, Gunma Prefecture into our own flour. When made into hand-made 100 percent soba noodles, the soba noodles that won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award are characterized by their chewy texture and deep flavor. We serve freshly-boiled soba noodles every day.
