For our Meat Dishes, we use ``Momobuta'' from Akita Prefecture, which does not become hard even when grilled, and has sweet fat and juicy meat. In order to bring out the maximum flavor of the meat, we are particular about cooking methods other than charcoal grilling, such as commercial ovens and low-temperature cookers. Recommended dishes are the ``Peach Pork Loin Tonteki'', which is cooked in the oven until tender, and the ``Pork Tongue'', which is made with rare cuts cooked at a low temperature. The crunchy texture is also recommended as a snack◎Enjoy our proud pork to your heart's content!
