This is Hiroya Sushi's new challenge. It will be a completely new type of store. This course is an unprecedented combination of dishes based on Japanese Japanese-style meal, Chinese, French cuisine, Italian Cuisine, etc., and dishes created by freely combining ingredients, as well as sushi powered up with improved sushi rice. Recently, a new and popular style of sushi that is being developed not only in Tokyo but also in various restaurants nationwide is high-class standing sushi. Hiroya Sushi will finally try this standing eating style! It will be an a la carte restaurant where you can enjoy Hiroya's flavors, supervised by the first owner, with prices starting at 300 yen per piece. It is scheduled to open on March 8th. Thank you for your cooperation.

A jet-black glow that stands quietly in the Daimon/Hamamatsucho area. In contrast to the stylish exterior that makes you think it's not a sushi restaurant, when you open the door you'll be greeted by the warmth of wood. Sushi Hiroya's courses are not only about the food, but also about the ceramics he uses. Starting with the new style of Arita ware that you won't find anywhere else, each piece in front of you is filled with heart, creating a harmonious Japanese space.
