Our `` selection Course'' using fresh ingredients delivered the next day from production areas in Kyushu is very popular! We cook and serve all the ingredients that arrive on the day, such as fresh fish from Kagoshima Prefecture, free range chicken from Miyazaki Prefecture, and germ-free pork.
