When you come to our restaurant, you should definitely try the meat, ``Lamb Rack with Bone'' from NZ, 2,400 yen. The lamb is marinated for 36 hours and finished with "bincho charcoal only." Served with plenty of spicy ``Jeu de Agnot'' (sheep stock sauce). It's the most delicious lamb meat that "touches in the spinal cord" so many people come to eat it. Shinji Takeda is also excellent! Hurry up as quantities are limited!
