「ちゃい九炉」の由来は「Child Clock（子供時間）」。内装やインテリアなど、随所に子どもの頃のような遊び心をちりばめました。自慢の串揚げは、衣に自社オリジナルのパン粉を使用し、ソースは本場・大阪から特注ソースを取寄せています。串焼きはその日仕入れた鶏を遠赤外線のロースターで焼いてご提供。また、じゃんけんで勝てばプレミアムモルツを何度でも半額で、サワーやハイボールは大ジョッキで飲めます★
