The roast beef is marinated for two days with salt, pepper and garlic and then grilled in 2-3kg chunks, giving it a fine and soft texture. Enjoy a refreshing meal with our homemade soy sauce made with red wine and flavored vegetables and wasabi. All-you-can-eat choux pastry-like popovers made with plenty of butter and eggs. Enjoy with plenty of sweet and salty whipped cream and maple syrup to your liking.
