Tuna, which is the lifeblood of Sushi, is purchased and shipped directly from Yonekawa Suisan, a long-established intermediate wholesaler in Toyosu Market, every day. Since its establishment in 1933, the company has been dedicated to tuna and fresh fish for over 80 years, and Sushi of high-quality domestically produced bluefin tuna, including lean meat, medium fatty tuna, and large fatty tuna, is exquisite. We are most proud of being able to offer them at affordable and reasonable prices. Also, unique to our restaurant, you can enjoy nigiri Sushi made from rare parts of domestically produced tuna.
