The dishes are made with high-quality ingredients, mainly from Chiba Prefecture, the owner's hometown. The fish is shipped directly from Toyosu. We purchase the freshest seasonal fish of the day! The meat is Yachiyo Kuro Beef, a branded beef from Chiba Prefecture. The beautiful marbling and the sweetness of the high-quality fat make it melt-in-your-mouth soft. The vegetables are delivered directly from contracted farmers in Yotsukaido/Shinshu Nagano. Enjoy crunchy fresh vegetables as pickles, caprese, or salads! Our very popular pasta is made from authentic Italian ingredients.
