Not too firm, not too soft, the rice gently breaks apart in your mouth, blending with the deliciousness of the fish. This is the exquisite taste that Tsukiji Sushi Iwa pursues. It is a refined sushi that is appreciated for family gatherings across three generations as well as for business entertaining. *Please note that we will be closed for the New Year holidays from December 31 to January 5. *On the 30th, we will only be open for lunch. *During the year-end period, we may not be able to accept lunch reservations or certain dishes.
