Founded in 1909, this handmade soba restaurant has been loved by everyone in Tsukiji for a long time. We offer domestic soba that is ground in-house using a stone mill, and we serve local soba that is selected by the owner himself, depending on the time and season.

Our soba kaiseki is an authentic soba kaiseki that incorporates three forms of soba: ``soba berries'', ``soba gaki'', and ``soba cut''. Please give it a try!

Tsukiji Sarashina no Sato offers domestic soba that is ground in-house using a stone mill, and depending on the season, we serve local varieties of soba from the source selected by the owner himself.
