[Contains all of Enomaru's famous beef offal stew] Enomaru's proud [beef offal stew]! There are three things we are particular about...(1) We use 100% domestic beef. (2) Additions made since our founding. Umami that has been passed down from generation to generation. (See) Red wine and special miso are the deciding factors. Enomaru's style is to eat garlic toast with soup. A proud dish with many repeat customers. Please be sure to try it when you visit! ! 590 yen
