Food Enjoy "Hachinohe Mae-Oki Saba" which is said to be the fattest mackerel in Japan.
Hachinohe Mae-Oki mackerel, grown in the northern seas, is characterized by its delicious fatty flavor, which has earned it the title of ``Japan's fattest mackerel.'' The fat, which is said to be twice that of regular mackerel, has a sweet taste, but it has a refreshing aftertaste, and is rich in EPA and DHA.◎It can be used not only for sashimi such as shime mackerel, pickled mackerel, and miso-jime, but also for crispy skin. We deliver them in a variety of ways, including Grilled skewer that are plump and juicy on the inside, and Bar Sushi made with special sushi rice mixed with red vinegar! Pair it with Aomori's local sake or shochu.
