Food "Thick-cut Beef Tongue is Delicious!"
The most popular "Kiwami" steak. This dish uses only the rare part of the beef tongue, the tongue root, which can be obtained in very small quantities from a whole beef tongue, cut into super thick slices. After being grilled to a crispy finish on the outside at high temperatures using binchotan charcoal, it is slowly cooked through to achieve the best possible state. Enjoy it with fluffy rice cooked in a traditional earthen pot. Set includes: "Kiwami" steak, rice cooked in an earthen pot, beef tongue soup, beef tongue curry, beef tongue meat miso, tororo (grated yam), and salad. Price: ¥3,280.
