After the horse sashimi, regular customers always choose between `` Yogan-yaki (roasted on a hot stone) (Yakiniku (Grilled meat))'', ``sukiyaki'', or `` shabu shabu''. Among them, the recommended one is ``Sukiyaki.'' There is a story that during the civilization and enlightenment period, when beef was not yet available, horse meat was added to the meat and served to customers, and the story was told that it was ``sakura (fake) meat.''
