At our restaurant, we prepare fresh meat in a dedicated space for beef sashimi and yukhoe and serve it to our customers. There are many strict standards for meat for raw consumption, but the products we offer at our store are safe and secure products that pass all of them! Among them, the ``Yamagata Beef Yukhoe'' is a signature dish with the unique flavor of raw meat, gently wrapped in rich Okukuji egg, and topped with a special sauce. Please enjoy it with your favorite sake.
