The fish we use is fresh, and the chef travels to Toyosu to purchase it directly. The Edomae Sushi prepared by the master chef's outstanding skills is truly exquisite. We recommend the small skin that shows the skill and the red meat made using traditional methods. Furthermore, we use nikiri soy sauce inherited from "Kanpachi" for soy sauce.
