As an original brand of Nishioka Sake Brewery, the oldest sake brewery in Kochi Prefecture with a history dating back to the Edo period, and Warayakiya, we created Genikara, a light and dry drink that goes perfectly with Bonito Warayaki Salt Tataki. A powerful flame that reaches temperatures of 800 to 900 degrees instantly and evenly bakes only the surface, and the smoke and aroma emitted when the straw burns enhances the flavor of the material. The true value of this brand is the straw roasting area with dynamic flames, and the variety of "warayaki menus" that are delivered directly to your table! Warayakiya's absolute signature dish, ``Katsuo Salt Tataki,'' is the Tosa style and most delicious way to eat it by combining ``Muroto salt, wasabi, and garlic.''
