麺屋武蔵 武骨相傳は、武骨 の心技を受け継ぎ、つけ麺専門のお店としてオープン致しました。
武骨同様、黒・白・赤の３つのテイストから味をお選び頂けます。 武骨相傳の「黒」はイカ墨ではなく、タマネギやニンニク、コーヒー豆をオーブンで炭化させた物を使用。ビターな味わいとなっています。チャーシューは、スチームコンベクションでじっくり焼き上げました。外は香ばしく、中はしっとりとしています。
