ふわふわで、うなぎ自体が脂が乗っていて、かつ味付けも薄すぎず濃すぎず、絶頂な塩梅かなと思いました。
タレの味の方向的にも個人的にとても好みで、お値段はある程度張りますが、とはいえ高すぎるわけでもない...

まともな鰻屋は、注文してから鰻が焼き上がるまで30分くらいかかるもの。
この店ももちろんそうです。
でもこの日は気の利く幹事役が、鰻重を出すタイミングを事前に予約。
