A hearty bean vegetable dish made with plenty of beans and seasonal ingredients. We carefully prepare each dish using fresh, high-quality ingredients, creating kaiseki cuisine that will delight both your eyes and your palate. We deliver all the charms of soybeans, including tofu, yuba, gojiru, soy milk, okara, and okara tea. In addition, the raw wheat gluten and konjac are all handmade. We are particularly proud of our tofu, which is made from 100% domestically produced soybeans, and you can experience the rich aroma and smooth texture of the beans.

For lunch, we offer gozen meals starting from 2,090 yen, where you can casually enjoy our signature dishes. We also have kaiseki cuisine that is perfect for daytime banquets, so please enjoy it for a wide range of occasions.◎In the evening, we offer kaiseki cuisine featuring seasonal ingredients, courses centered around carefully selected chicken that has been popular since our founding, and even conger eel in the summer. Founded in 1898. [Rishotei] is a historic Japanese house located in the forest of Ueno. We use seasonal fresh ingredients and homemade tofu made every morning by our craftsmen from domestic soybeans.
