Bengal curry does not use commercially available roux at all, but instead uses roux made from the ingredients themselves. We are particular about our cooking methods, including using freshly ground spices instead of powder. Just like coffee beans, freshly ground spices have the best aroma, and because they are fresh, they can bring out the flavor and aroma even more. There are four types of biryani: fish, shrimp, mutton, and chicken, which change weekly.

Our restaurant is a space where you can relax and enjoy your meal and have a relaxing conversation. The restaurant has 36 seats, including sofa seats. In addition to the 14 seats on the first floor, there are 22 seats in the basement, and it can be reserved for groups of 16 or more, so please feel free to contact us. Because Japanese people can't eat spicy food, we don't adapt it to suit their tastes, but rather serve local cuisine as it is. To become a chef at our restaurant, the first requirement is to be able to cook the dishes made by mothers in the Bengal region. You will be able to enjoy the local delicacies and culture.
