Food Hainanese chicken rice (a Singaporean specialty and the restaurant's recommended dish)
Hainanese chicken rice (Hainan jifan) is a dish brought to Southeast Asian countries from Hainan Island, a southern island in China. Singaporean chicken rice is not the ketchup fried rice of Japan, but boiled chicken, rice cooked in the boiling water, and three kinds of special sauces are poured over this.
